Quick delivery and great product

This was my first experience with renovator store and received great customer service. Delivery time was excellent. Received product without damage.

Ordered bathroom accessories. I enquired about a package missing a part and was told what I got was correct. Pity the box shape indicated otherwise. There was no advice or direction given on the additional part I was looking for, so found it myself fortunately. What it meant was your product was at least $50 more than a competitors because you aren’t supplying all the parts you should. Also, I bought a specific brand and what arrived had different branding on the box. Seems like false advertising to me and felt like I was an inconvenience. Anyways, there’s plenty more places to get my things next time. Won’t be back.

I was approached by the manager of dispatch prior to receiving my item, letting me know the instructions supplied with my purchase were incorrect and he would send me an email with the correct instructions, thanks for that.
Other than that the item is of good quality.

My product arrived early and matched photos and description from website. I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Customer service was excellent when we had a query. We have not fitted our bin to our cupboard as yet, but it definitely looks of good quality.

Original order was on 8 September and I paid extra for fast delivery. Product was delivered on time but damaged by Australia Post Parcel delivery. Photos were provided and I had to wait until the Australia Post claim was processed.
Replacement product sent 23 September, except instead of being the original bins I ordered I got 58 kilos of stainless steel drains.
I let The Renovator Store know what happened and they arranged for the new delivery to be picked up later in the week. In the mean time, living in a 9th floor apartment, I had to pay Manager to move the delivery out of the foyer area as I was in Tasmania by this time.
The original product ordered was dispatched and delivered on 1 October.
To get rid of the stainless steel drains I had to put new stickers on the packages, pay the manager to move them back down to the foyer and coordinate pick up.
No offer of compensation, no personal follow up, just this review offer. In summary, for a purchase of $297, it cost me an extra $140 to finally get it express delivered 3 weeks later. Never again. Dispatch incompetent and customer service non-existent.

Located a replacement part for my kitchen pull out pantry at a good price. Shipped quick and installed with minimal drama.

I had purchased 2 products and only one came. I have being waiting for weeks to be delivered, no email response, no call back after several times calling and emailed. Very disappointing with the lack of communication and responsibility!!

Purchased this underbench waste system a couple of years ago and contacted them via email as i needed two new replacement bins.
I was advised new bins where not available for separate purchase and I would have to buy the entire system again just to get the replacement bins.
