I looked at arc lamps for weeks before choosing this one. Most were either too bulky or didn’t extend far enough over the sofa. The Plimpton is tall stable and gives us useful overhead light without needing a celling fixture. Assesmbly was easier with two people but once it was up it looked fantastic!

Exactly what I wanted for our hallway . It’s modern without drawing too much attention and the build quality feels solid . Installation was straightforward for our electrician . I only wish I had ordered two more at the same time.

The mica shades create such a warm glow in the evening. It fits perfectly behind our sectional and the wood finish looks much nicer in person. Very happy with this purchase.
