We had an amazing stay. This place exceeded all our expectations. The design is modern and stylish, everything was spotlessly clean, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Highly recommended. We would definitely love to come back!

We had the best week in Sardinia!
The appartment is stunning, it has everything you need and more. It looks even better than the pictures! If you’re looking for a great luxurious stay with great service, Rental 12 is the best Airbnb.
They also gave us the best tips to explore the island. Would recommend 10/10, we will come back!

Wonderful stay in Olbia
We stayed in downtown Olbia with the three of us.
Great location, check in was easy. The apt is modern and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants and the port. Everything was excellent. Thank you.

Number 12 is one of the best AirBNB hosts I’ve been at.
Clean appartments, all neccessities provided, parking. After being at their rental properties it’s difficult to go back.

Very nice apartment
Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Fast internet, large TVs, air conditioners, well-equipped kitchen, high-quality appliances, comfortable bed, cozy and warm. The location also pleased - shops, a pharmacy, restaurants - all within walking distance. 5 minutes to the historical center, 10 minutes to the beach. A new house and a clean front door, as well as parking! Service is fast and high quality, always in touch! Thanks a lot 👍🔥
