From the moment I created a Rentberry account to upload a new house for rent, the process was easy and smooth. It was very transparent, and the app provided all the necessary information and tools to include all the details required for renting. The app seems to be designed to facilitate our tenants' lives.

I honestly can’t tell enough people about this app. I’ve told my entire family and some of my closest friends about Rentberry and it’s extremely easy application that makes apartment hunting super fast and easy. In my personal opinion it aligns with the future so well and will only get better.

I tried to use Rentberry around this time last year. In my area, there weren't too many listings. My lease is up so I decided to give it another shot and there are now tons of options to choose from. Seems like Rentberry is growing quickly and providing quality listings to those looking!

As a retired realtor I see the benefit of management of rental properties to comply with a fair system in assistance in the market today. Keeps things moving efficently. Finding prospects is hard enough but to make certain your choice is right is important. Became investor.

Its SCAM, they take payment and after they send you to another website they do the same, keep paying untill you feed up.

Perhaps it doesn't work in my area, but they sat on my listing for so long that it was rented and occupied by the time the rentberry listing went live. Then I ended up deleting my entire account because I couldn't find a way to deactivate the listing. I'm being generous with 3 stars, but it was a complete waste of my time.

This is a scam site. You will never get an answer back from the landlords. The real estate agencies are most fake and not registered companies. I made some researches after I found an interesting property. The agency I sent a request doesn't exist.

I'been scam's victim today in Amsterdam from this agency. Stay away from them. 2200 euros lost.

Now, after 10 months i’m waiting that Rentberry refound us… is it still working online this agency?!

First time using them, will use them again.

I only got the criminal report. It was frustrating waiting all that time for a response. I called the corporate number and got no response from that person. I could have lost the prospective tenant. Response time way too slow. First time user. Finally gotvthe credit report after person had to fill out everything again.

I received a report very quickly and the process was fairly straightforward. I would definitely recommend it to others as well, the company delivers comprehensive and accurate results for both credit and background check.

It took me not more than 3 minutes to get a full background check on my renter. A report had all the info I needed, good value for money!
Plus, I appreciate that it's free for property managers, so you don't have to collect an application fee from apartment seekers to run a screening.

Everything was ok. I did not need much information to run a screening on a tenant and it was ready in a few minutes.

I did not have a good experience. I did not get any screening report after my tenant paid for it and no response when they tried contacting the customer support. I tried the chat option and was waiting all day and nobody responded. Only one of my tenants tried this and because of this failure I asked the other tenant to not do RentBerry anymore.

Inconclusive results. Would like a refund
