Just got scammed Marlene was emailing me told me to chime the money and my rent would be paid in two hours then got ghosted after payment was sent please stay away from this company

I was scammed out of 902.00. Marlene is the one who I dealt with and she is extremely unprofessional. I emailed her all day and she ghosted me. This company is nothing but a scam please DO NOT use them at all.

I was told I was approved for $2,000 in rent assistance, but I was required to pay $500 upfront. When I asked for clarification about the payment process and why my personal information was requested under “Landlord Details,” I did not receive a clear explanation. I decided not to proceed. I recommend carefully reviewing the terms before providing personal information or making any upfront payment.

This company claims that they would pay a certain amount and I would pay the rest thru a portal, but when it was time to send the link to do so -- crickets. Then, they claim that they did send the link via email while I never got one. This is such as scam that they can't keep up with who they're talking to. The 2 positive reviews on here are problem them scamming also.

Please, for people who’s going to use this company they are a scam and very unprofessional. The person Noah was asking me to create a Chime account to pay him and then ask me to cashapp him the upfront payment if I didn’t want to create a chime account everything about this company is very sketchy. Please don’t proceed with this company .

Scam! They conned me out of $600 promising me that they'd pay my full rent amount. Once I paid my portion, they ghosted me.

I’ve been contacting them through email and phone I have yet to receive an update I paid an upfront payment for my rent help and it’s been stuck at the verification process for over 3 days now I was able to get through with them every 2 minutes when I first signed up after I paid they completely stop responding

rentrel approved my rent help requestr, it took about two days for the payemt to be completed. i had to wait a little , but in the end the payment was completed successfully. overall good experience.

At first, i was a little unsure, but the process was easy and the rentrel team was helpful, it really gave me some peace of mind when it come to managing my rent.

I filled out information and then 2 days later I received an email. I had asked plenty of questions to make sure it was legit seemed legit. Then they asked me to create a chime account to give them $500. Immediately I knew this was indeed a scam. Just know most spilt pay for rent does not deposit funds in your account to pay instead they will send it straight to the landlord to pay before late fees are added and only accept bank accounts. This isn’t a legit service and it’s messed up to whoever how many people were scammed behind this.
