Their notifications reached my inbox before the original websites, thanks to their real-time alerts. It’s easily the most effective tool for anyone navigating the Dutch rental market. 5 stars!

Yesterday we have received a permanent allocation to our new apartment!

Thanks to Rentslam we could get an overview of all the new apartments, on time, and we could increase our chances in a new home.

I believe they really merit a 5 star review only due to their excellent customer service, and sincere desire to improve their services. It really works, you can even install a telegram bot to get instant notifications and react quickly.
Also, you can request a refund during the first 14 days.

Great search tool

It allowed me to find an house in Amsterdam for me my partner and our two cats in 2 weeks, before even arriving to the city! 10/10 would recommend

In mijn zoektocht naar een particuliere huurwoning in Rotterdam onder de €1100 uiteindelijk besloten abonnement op RentSlam te nemen. Het zelf doen was nog al een uitdaging en een tijdsinvestering. Waarom moeilijk doen als het makkelijker kan.

De push meldingen van de app en op de mail maken dat ik vaak binnen 2 minuten heb gereageerd op een woningen. Dit maakt de kans voor bezichtig een stuk groter. Na uitnodiging voor bezichtigingen blijft het geluk hebben op de huidige arbeidsmarkt.

Ik heb op 6-10-2025 abonnement afgesloten en heb op 7-11-2025 telefoontje gehad van de makelaar dat ik de woning krijg. Op 19-11-2025 teken ik mijn huurcontract. Hoe bizar! De 6 weken, met uiteraard eigen moeite/initiatief/oplettendheid, zijn in mijn geval waar!

Zonder RentSlam had dit proces mij veel meer tijd, moeite en stress gekost. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.

RentSlam helped me be the first to respond to the adds and have a much more effective overview of the newly posted places for rent in Amsterdam.

After setting up a search profile, I set up push notifications and let the app warn me of new adds. Everything is made to help you apply quickly and effortlessly, although you do need to have accounts set up on the many agencies throughout Amsterdam.
This process took me a good week to get going but after that, I started being invited to viewings at least once a week.

After 3 weeks of searching, I found my dream home for a rent so low it made me think it was social housing.

I couldn’t recommend RentSlam more, definitely worth the price.
Moreover, I sent some constructive feedback to the team and the e-mail I got back from Peter and Nico truly showed their commitment to making the app better and even more user-friendly.

Krijg alleen sociale huurwoning terwijl ik dit uit heb staan in zoekopdrachten..

Heb niks aan sociale huurwoning websites als woonnet haaglanden anders had ik daar wel gereageerd ik wil alleen vrije sector huurwoningen!

Super snel!
Je krijgt in rap tempo alle woningen die voldoen aan je zoekopdracht. Zelfs nog voordat de specifieke websites ze posten naar hun leden. Hierdoor kun je snel reageren. Verder is het standaard berichtje en de informatie die hier (vaak) in moet echt super handig. Ik had zelf binnen 1 maand een huurwoning gevonden!

Het enige nadeel is dat je bij iedere individuele verhuurder een nieuwe account moet aanmaken om te reageren, als dit allemaal via dezelfde account zou kunnen ,dan zou het helemaal snel gaan.

Ondanks dat het superlastig is een woning te vinden in mijn woonplaats, is het met behulp van Rentslam binnen 1,5 maand toch gelukt. Enorm dankbaar dat ik binnenkort een mooie plek heb,ook voor mijn dochter.

Used it twice to find a house in 4 years. Found something within a month each time! Of course your mileage my vary depending on your salary.
We encountered a bug while using the app and contacted the developer. They responded quickly by extending our subscription for free while also working on fixing the bug, which was fixed within a few days.
If you want a product by someone who cares, look no further.

Easy searching and save time made my great experience, however, put more option i mean more than four cities can be improve the chance for finding place as soon as possible.

Goede klantenservice
Klantenservice is erg behulpzaam en bereikbaar. Door persoonlijke omstandigheden voldoe ik nog niet aan de huureisen voor de woningen. Ik vroeg daarom aan Rentslam of mijn account tijdelijk bevroren kon worden, zodat ik verder kan zoeken als ik wel aan de eisen voldoe. Dit was met 1 mailtje meteen geregeld. Voorheen ook positieve ervaringen met hun klantenservice gehad.

The messages are so quick and it’s easy to access the platform. It feels trustworthy and reliable! And the price is really good. All the options you can select from paying platforms or free access or both it is what you sell! Congrats I will recommend it to my friends for sure!

It’s a must have in the polluted dutch rental market. Well worth the money and an advantage to everyone that uses it.

When I registered, I saw on the website that “the average time for finding a house with RentSlam is 6 weeks.” It didn’t seem realistic to me, but I hoped it was true.
With the help of RentSlam, we found ours in just 5 weeks!

You should note that you still need to stay online and actively apply for listings. What RentSlam does is send you notifications the moment a new listing goes online. So it’s not a service that finds the house for you, but it definitely makes the process much easier. It supports your personal efforts by giving you a critical element (speed).

That being said, without being fast (which RentSlam enables) in responding to listings, it’s almost impossible to find a house in this crazy market.

I also appreciated the emails they sent during the process. They checked in with me now and then to see how things were going. One of their emails said, “Feel free to call us for anything; there are no stupid questions,” which really made me feel supported during a difficult and stressful time.

I think there are very smart people behind this service, and they’re doing a great job!!
