Repaired Guernsey レビュー

Kyle ordered replacement parts for an old PC explaining everything simply and giving an estimate of costs form the beginning. Knowledgable and pleasant to deal with.

Seen promptly and screen replaced the same day, no fuss.

Dropped my phone in the bath and took it to Repaired who responded to my first message at 21:30!! On a Sunday night - the device had a new screen and battery but importantly ALL MY PHOTOS were recovered - 100% would recommend!!

Great service ! Last fix fix my phone , recommend for everyone

Repaired Guernsey got back to me the very same day with helpful and expert advice. The service was highly professional, and my laptop is running much smoother now.

You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work.

Very helpful when I called him to explain my retro record player problem. Gave me pin location to drop off record player. Quickly tested and identified problem, then obtained parts and fixed player for a good price.

Excellent service, resolved issue with Switch and great follow up afterwards. Genuinely very impressed.

I was passed Kyle’s details by a friend and glad he did.
Great service!
Easy to deal with!
Extremely fair prices!
Very knowledgeable.
Highly recommended

Phone wouldn't charge after being dropped. Helpful phone call with Kyle where he explained possible causes and repair options. Dropped it off with him early afternoon, just a loose connector, had it back the same afternoon. Very good communication, including a photo of the offending connection.

Contacted Repaired Guernsey about a replacement glass/cover for the back of my daughter’s iPhone after IQ told me it could not be fixed and I’d need to purchase a new phone. Kyle was great, really responsive, found a replacement glass/cover for the back in the same colour, ordered it the Friday, arrived the Monday and replaced the Tuesday evening. The whole process was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend Repaired Guernsey.

Made an initial enquiry about my consoles disc drive being loud on Thursday evening and took it up on Friday evening to be looked. Within a couple hours had an update that the loud noise from it was gone and was then able to pick up not long after.

My phone was refusing to charge via a number of routes, making me think the battery and/or port were at fault. Advised me on a number of things to check before jumping to new battery or port diagnoses. Ends up it probably just needs a cleaning.
Highly trustworthy, will definitely use in the future.

Reached out to Kyle and explained the issues I was running into with my console, he had suspicions as to what the cause was without having yet inspected it. He picked it up on a Tuesday, gave me a detailed update on the Wednesday and confirmed the cost to repair the issue. I had the console back fully repaired and cleaned on the Friday. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!
