We've been working with Sam at Repeat Digital to manage our Google Ads for the past couple of years and I have to say that the level of service received has been second to none! Sam is always on hand to discuss and implement any changes to strategy and really knows his stuff when it comes to managing Google Ads and making changes to the account to improve performance. We often achieve a 6x return on ad spend so very happy with the results and would recommend Repeat Digital to anyone looking for PPC account management!

Where to start? These guys have been fantastic since the very beginning.

A fantastic, detailed and well thought-out audit that highlighted key areas for improvement and a clear action plan to go alongside it.

Since we engaged, the communication has been excellent and everything that was promised has materialised.

Results are going in the direction we wanted and I feel like I have a long term partner in Repeat Digital, in addition to the long term partner that is my wife.

Special mention for Sam, who is a wizard but unlike most wizards he looks better without a hat.

Nothing is too much trouble, comms are great - always available when you need to discuss something and exchange ideas which is exactly what the cliché of "an extension of your marketing team" should be.

We had repeat recommended to us. I was weary as I had tried four ppc companies. Moderate success with one, but dismal experiences with the majority, and the latest prior to repeat having cost me 15,000 pounds resulting in nothing! The team created an in-depth SEO audit for MEXI KIT which cut out all of the jargon, and we've started to see results quicker than we had expected.

I worked with Repeat Digital recently as I was looking for an advertising partner that could help reduce our cost per lead on Google search advertising.

I was initially impressed by the information and suggestions shared during the consultation process. They recommended we add LinkedIn advertising as an additional channel and we decided to try this.

Unfortunately we did not see results in either channel.

The lack of results in LinkedIn was disappointing but not a critical issue as it was a new channel for us.

But the failure in Google search ads was disastrous. Our lead flow as a business collapsed and our cost per lead went through the roof.

The pilot cost us in the region of £10k in management fees and ad spend but we estimate that we lost in the region of £40k in revenue as the result of our lead flow being switched off.

There was a real lack of ownership of the account and there didn't seem to be any urgency to turn things around.

As a result, we decided to pull out of the pilot a few weeks early and engage a different agency who've already provided us with more leads in a week than Repeat produced in 10.

Brilliant agency that really supported my e-commerce business with PPC & SEO advice over the last year.
