This unit is horrible for over a hundred dollars… it doesn’t cool my bedroom which is only 10x11 with closed doors am sending it back… bad use of over $100

3. Ein Kontakt zum helpdesk der Firma war nicht möglich - Mail-Adresse faild diverse male
4. Damit keine Retouremöglichkeit, aber auch keine Gerätegarantie

I was so surprised at this little unit. I was skeptical at first but I'm sitting here in my front room at 108 degrees outside and my room is nice and cool. I would recommend this product. I give it 10 stars!

our max chill stopped working after 90 plus days or there abouts. There is no assistance or customer service to get help from. i hope this post will get someone to contact us and try to fix the problem.

Over the course of SEVEN DAYS, I've attempted to contact these people via multiple emails in order to determine the status of my Arctic Air Pure Chill order! They had NO problem or delay in processing the charges to my credit card, yet getting them to respond to your email or answer a phone is a FUTILE EFFORT!
