Do not buy from this company. They scam thier customers and then write fake reviews. I bought a sword for my sons birthday. They told me I would get a refund after not sending me my product. I still have not received a refund or any kind of information on this! They are a scam and shouldn't be allowed to keep doing this. If you look all good reviews are within a couple days of each other. And written similar. Do not fall for this!!!

I ordered a katana, but they sent me a broadsword instead. When I contacted them to fix the mistake, they asked me to ship the incorrect item back at my own expense. This is ridiculous, considering the error was on their part. It’s been weeks since I sent the wrong item back, and I’m still waiting for my replacement. This experience has been nothing but a hassle, and I regret ordering from them.

When my sword arrived, the box was completely torn, and the sword itself had visible damage. It’s clear that no care was taken to protect the product during shipping. The blade was scratched, and the handle was bent. I reached out to the company, but they claimed the damage wasn’t their responsibility and refused to issue a refund. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If they can’t even package their products properly, they shouldn’t be in business.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer support for help. It took them several days just to respond, and when they finally did, they didn’t address my problem at all. Instead, they gave me a generic response that didn’t solve anything. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional support team before. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect this company to help you fix it.

Ordered a sword in July of 2024, never received confirmation that it was packaged or shipped. After months of messaging their "support" about the status, without warning or talks about it, they sent me a refund email, on October 7th, 2024 and I have still received no refund as of December 31st, 2024. Go to a more reliable site and don't waste your money here.

Fake. My son ordered a sword. 95pound.took money straight away. Inquired where order was, and was told that order was refunded. Tried to email. Email doesn't exist. Total frauds.avoid.

This is my third purchase from Replicaswords.us, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The quality, packaging, and dispatch time were all top-notch. The Zelda Sword is a true masterpiece, and Ami, the chat rep, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

J'ai pu "chater" avec une personne mais les réponses, bien que positives, n'ont jamais été suivies d'effet, et aucun mail ne m'a été envoyé pour me donner une date de liv raison contrairement à ce à quoi s'était engagé la personne sur le chat.
Bref, une belle arnaque.
Afin de ne pas être taxé d'être un "concurrent" voulant dénigrer le site, je tiens à la disposition de qui le souhaite les emails envoyés, les échanges par chat et l'accusé réception de ma commande.
J'ai ouvert un dossier en contestation auprès de ma banque également.

I believe that it's a fake website. I made an order and received an order number. Now I wish I would have reviewed the site prior to ordering because I have yet to hear anything back from them about my order. I went to their chat they will not respond and I also emailed them about my order with no response either. Then I called the number on the site and it rings and then goes to a generic voice mail. Not looking good one bit and having the feeling of being scammed....

This is a SCAM WEBSITE! I spent hundreds of dollars and never received items. When I called,the number changed.

I purchased the Anduril Sword for my husband's birthday, and he couldn't be happier! He's been wielding it around the house ever since. The quality top-notch, and it's definitely a centerpiece in his collection.
