After attending Alison's @ Repmethods webinar on the the problem with salespeople today I was excited to know we still have people out trying to better our workforce. The information is great for seasoned sales staff as well as new or transitional sales people at any organization. Take a look at their resources and get your staff ready to be the best they can be with your clients.

My biggest takeaway was about reviewing sent emails.

Great regular strategy for keeping top of mind and maintaining follow up.

We loved having Alison speak at our NKBA Virginia State Chapter event, The Art of Selling. Her seminar was insightful, engaging, and filled with highly valuable business and sales tools! Alison truly is a sales expert and her energy is infectious. I highly recommend reading her book, The Art of Selling, and attending one of her seminars!

Alison's interactive seminar provided valuable tools that I will most certainly use in the future. I have known Alison for years. I first met Alison when I was a kitchen designer at the Home Depot. At that time, in a world of mostly male reps, Alison was one of the few women reps I had met. Alison blew in like a confident wind of knowledge, beauty, contagious enthusiasm and energy! Years later she is exactly the same times two! I have admired her over the years for making impressive achievements in our industry. I was delighted to see that she had written a book on the Art of Selling and that Architectural Surfaces was hosting a seminar.

Alison is an amazing facilitator and trainer. Her profound experiences throughout multiple industries gives her a vast understanding of all things sales. She is a wealth of knowledge and absolutely amazing at what she does. Her presentation highlighted several key components that are probably missing from many people's routines and will prove effective when implemented. Very excited to implement some things I picked up in my own routine as well.

I love when I say “YES”and it’s worth every moment of my time!! I learned so much at the Art of Selling presentation. I can not wait to start applying these new techniques to my business.

I liked the interactive and thought provoking questions in this session. The questions helped bring forward some of my weakness (and strengths) that weren’t so obvious and then providing solutions to get better. For example, I know I can improve my follow ups, Alison recommended revisiting our sent emails, call history, texts, to stay on top of it. There is no such thing as TOO MUCH when it comes to a follow up communication.
