These people are crooks from the word go. Do not deal with them under any circumstance as they lie, they take your money, they take more money than the part is advertise for and you never receive what you ordered. There's always an excuse of a why and where the item or part is except in your possession!!!!

Exactly what I thought it would look and operate

I don't recall receiving any notifications regarding the delivery process. I was totally surprised when my order was delivered. Even the delivery was a surprise, as there was not even a knock on our door. I just found the product on the floor just outside our doorway. The product itself is very impressive and keeps a low temperature for just over 12 hours. But I do wish the thermometer could be switched to either F or C.

No instructions with kit.no brake connectors. Could you give me a list of what is in kit? Looks like it may have been opened in transit with missing parts.
