I ordered a dvd player on 13th July…
I ordered a dvd player on 13th July which hadn't arrived by the 20th so they sent another one with different delivery company arrived today...plugged in and working! Now Royal Mail say they are delivering original machine....can Repowered please cancel delivery or l will have to return it.

Efficiency
I can’t believe how fast they are I ordered my recorder at approximately 5pm. The following morning at 11am I was taking delivery. I will definitely be using repowered again. Just a little concerned that they won’t beat that but I challenge anyone to beat that. You do not get that level of service anywhere and not for £100 under the price you should be paying

Excellent company
CD/radio player arrived within a couple of days in full working order. Packaging almost new. Instructions were a photocopy but complete. An excellent company recycling products.

I found the company first class the item I purchased was delivered damaged in tran I notified the company and a replacement was sent out all sorted in 4days from. First order

So sorry to hear of the faulty DVD player. We test and check all of our refurbished items to ensure that they are to standard. In this case there may have been damage caused in transit to cause the power supply to fail. We have sent out a replacement unit as a gesture of goodwill. We hope to see you again.

Freesat box kept on rebooting after a minute or so sent it back and was refounded.

Sorry to hear of the faulty Freesat box. Despite our extensive testing of our goods, faults can still occur as with any electrical appliance. We did of course organise a prepaid label for the return and refunded in full on receipt of the faulty unit. We hope to see you again.
