REP Provisions is a direct-to-consumer meat delivery company. We raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef, soy and corn free pork and lamb. We also provide no-soy pasture-raised chicken. All of our animals are free from antibiotic and mRna vaccines. Our farms are chemical free meaning we don't use fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. I was out of town on business when my order was shipped and delivered. There was no notification when it was being shipped nor when it was being processed. I didn’t know that I could place a hold on it. I most likely won’t order from your company in the future as I don’t feel comfortable with your company.

Hi Edward, as mentioned in our previous email communications, your order came through on Thursday. As stated on our website, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasionally, we will ship on Thursdays depending on the area. Your order was on track to ship out on Monday for a Wednesday or Thursday delivery and was delivered on time. We also provided you proof of the emails sent to you when the order was placed, when it was shipped, when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered. Like we mentioned before, if you would have reached out to us before it shipped to let us know you would be out of town and to hold your order, we would have been happy to do so. But unfortunately, you did not reach out to us until the day it was delivered. We had no way of knowing you would not be home. We are a small company and unfortunately, we cannot absorb the cost when a customer is not home to accept the delivery and the meat ruins. We do have this stated on our website as well. As stated in our emails to you, even though we were unable to issue a full refund or re-ship your order, we did offer a 20% discount on a future order if you decide to shop with us again. We are so sorry it had to end this way but we truly do appreciate the support that you have given us and wish you nothing but the best. Thank you again Edward! 🙏🏻

Very Good Quality Meat!
They have high quality meats and I will buy from you again. However, two of the packages were torn open all the way to the actual meat section which could have been a biohazard. Please make sure your meats are package without tears in them.

Hi Georgia! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so happy you are happy with the meat! I’m really sorry about the damage to your packages. Unfortunately, we do realize this happens from time to time and I’m very sorry about that. That’s why Inside your box we place a paper called “Good Things to Know” with some very important information about your products when they arrive. The issue you had is one of them listed on that paper. During the shipping process, our boxes can take quite a beating. The frozen meat moves around, especially as the dry ice starts to dissipate. The packaging can become very hard and brittle at times due to the extreme cold temperatures inside the box and with the extreme movement of the boxes, the packages rub against each other which can cause micro holes, tears or damage to occur. Please know that we do carefully examine each package before placing into a box and would never place a package that has any damage or a broken seal inside the box. This only happens during transit. This is why on the “Good Things to Know” paper, we state to make sure and place a plate underneath your meat when thawing. Again, I’m very sorry about that. We don’t like it when this happens either but it’s extremely hard to ship frozen products with the amount of abuse the box goes through before it reaches the customer. We truly do appreciate you and your support for our small family farms Georgia. Thank you again! 🙏🏻🥰

Still doing good on all of our subscription items. The quality is still excellent and the amount we buy fits in our freezer not that it’s in there for very long. I do have one wish and that would be beef bacon and beef breakfast sausage. Maybe in the future🙏

Love at First Stick and Still My Favorite
It was love at first stick for me years ago when REP first launched their Beefstix, and today as I chomp into the first one of my new batch, it is love all over again. These sticks just get more tender, more richly nuanced beef flavors, and they’ve remained full size, major satisfaction and high clean protein. Everything that goes into them makes me happy, from the regenerative sourcing to the hearts of souls of the hardworking team that makes them. My body digests them with ease, so they are my favorite on-the-go snack or meal, and I always ensure that I have one with me in my purse or bag. Ps. They are the BEST airport food and travel food period!

The quality of your products is exceptional
The quality of your products is fantastic! As far as your meats & chickens go, the taste is fantastic!
Here's where things went sideways. We thought we did a good thing by ordering early in the week. We anticipated receiving the shipment before we left for vacation. The previous shipment arrived via 2nd day air. It was disappointing to hear that once it shipped it would have been delivered after we left for vacation. Gladly, the issue was resolved.
That being said, my only recommendation is would have is to make shipments that travel distances like NJ mandatory 2nd day air, regardless of when the order is placed.

When we create shipping labels, our shipping carrier lets us know when your order should arrive, and the type of label purchased and amount of dry ice that is used is based on that information. This information changes from day to day. But we always ship with the intention for the order to arrive that same week it was shipped. It should never get hung up over the weekend for a delivery at the beginning of the next week. If this happens, that means there was a delay with our carrier. We are so sorry this happened but so glad everything was resolved. We truly do appreciate your support for our small family farms and regenerative agriculture. It means the world to us!🙏🏻🥰

First off the meat is great. Sadly UPS dropped the ball. Glad for the insurance. REP stepped right in and got the replacement order right out the door. They answer the phone when you call and immediately address and resolve everything. Very professional. Will continue to support real farmers who know how to get it done. U.S.A. Farmers! I was looking to support US ranchers
I was looking to support US ranchers, I was also looking at organic beef ranchers. I came across REP Provisions and read all about the company. My first order came beautifully packaged, all the way to California, still frozen! Ribeye steaks are delicious, but so far, my favorite for clean taste is the ground beef. Great taste, and quality. Just ordered some Tomahawks, can’t wait!

Always satisfied, from start to finish
Everything from the ease of ordering online to delivery was smooth and without issue. Always excellent service, packaged extremely well and still completely frozen upon arrival. The quality of meat is far superior to what I can find locally, from flavor to texture to color, it exceeds all grocery store and local butcher options. Knowing that I am eating and feeding my family true quality, real food is priceless. I look forward to my next order.

Great service and great beef
The first delivery got delayed by UPS and by the time it arrived the meat was ruined. REP helped me replace the order and UPS delivered the replacement on time. It was packed nicely and the meat looks great! Their customer service is excellent and I appreciate their help. I'll return when it's time for more beef!
