Bacon
I love your bacon, but the last two months the bacon was pretty fatty, not much meat. When I first started buying meat from you the bacon was great. The bacon is very expensive so if I continue to get bacon that is pretty much fat I will discontinue.

Sometimes when the meat gets packaged and if itâs not stacked just right before freezing, the packages can mold and freeze into odd shapes. We support small family owned processing facilities that donât have some of the same commercial equipment that larger operations use. So even though it doesnât always look as presentable as weâd like, it is still perfectly safe to consume. Again, Iâm very sorry about that. We like your regenerative farming practices and ground beef choices but I am disappointed by the steak portion sizes. My fault for not checking first. I would have been much happier with 12oz. Likely wonât be buying again due to portion size.

Each beef we deliver is grass fed and finished from the day itâs born to when it is harvested and this sometimes creates inconsistent sizes in the primal cuts amongst animals and may occasionally affect appearance, weight and thickness of individual steak cuts.
