shoutout to Tiye Martin for creating an amazing platform were sales reps can land offers in weeks.
I've signed up on march 4, applied for 70+ roles and in 2 weeks got onboarded on one of the solid offer.
it was consistency and also the guide Tiye has provided. from making your intro videos to how to pass interview - he has provided everything. plus the weekly support calls.
he was there on every step of the way. really grateful for this amazing work he's put in.

Tiye provides great, practical free advice and support whenever possible. He seems nice. You also get a free session of personalized profile review with a paid subscription.

I signed up for a paid subscription after seeing all the great reviews, thinking it would solve my challenges in landing a proven offer in this space. While the platform helps vet and consolidate opportunities in one place, it didn’t provide a different outcome or experience compared to other job-seeking platforms, as advertised.

The majority of roles are open only to North American applicants or require working in EST / PST time zones. I did receive interview invites, but most were non-personalized mass recruitment funnels or disguised lead magnets for course selling, often presented as group interviews.

While there are always exceptions, the remote closing space itself is a challenging market for Asian and African reps. RepSelect is not a magic platform that solves this. I’ve also noticed similar sentiments being shared by other reps outside of Western countries during group support calls, particularly around limited access to suitable opportunities.

Overall, it was a non-inclusive experience for applicants outside the UK and North America.

Update: While my disappointment is largely due to market constraints that may be out of control of the platform, I am sharing this to highlight a lived experience limitation for African and Asian reps. After submitting my vetted profile to every recruiter on the platform and through my HTS training school, I found that recruiters almost exclusively represent North American candidates, with some UK or Australian applicants, most of whom have direct online coaching sales experience.

I got an offer in just 3-4 days. I've applied to 212 offers, got the interview and got a excellent offer. Having everything in one place is game changer. Is a no brainer if you want to land a quick role as a HT closer.

For any affluent sales reps this is a must. I think everyone sees all these people charging 5k+ to just place you on a team lol. Tiye and the team get you the same access for 15$ lol. My biggest concern was the offers were going to be not developed companies. But man was I wrong. Some of the biggest community’s and influencers are using Tiye to find the best sales individuals. I got a 20k OTE job with potential to make 40k very easily within 1 month of using RepSelect.io. Don’t pay 5K, just use Repselect.io!

This app made my job search incredibly easy. I applied to several appointment setter positions and quickly landed multiple interviews and offers. The process is simple and effective.

The only things to consider it definitely isnt just handed to you. you have to put in the work and make your profile done right and have the drive to seek for the offer and show up and work for it (but thats to be expected)
