Worms and locusts not in boxes

I thought the worms and locusts would of been in boxes like the roaches but other than that very good

We’d like to clarify that the packaging format is stated in both the product name and description at the time of purchase. The item you selected is specifically listed as being supplied in bags rather than tubs, which is why it was packaged that way when dispatched. Hope this helps.

Sadly package was left in outside box


Sadly package was left in outside box but no notice so was t aware it was there and didn’t find until morning so contents was defrosted so unable to store in freezer and too much for 1 feed so contents wasted

Again another perfect order

Again another perfect order . Box labelled well , perfectly packaged . Bugs all alive. Will probably be a regular customer as my bearded dragon can’t get enough of the Dubia roaches 🀣

Good service, sometimes out of stock and some other times smaller insects than ordered turn up , but this happens with other companies also
