Unlike others, I actually did get my order, but the quality is crap. I bought a hat that clearly states "Material: 100% High Quality Cotton With Custom Embroidery " and yet the design is not embroidered but instead a heat transfer sticker that already looks like it is peeling away. The quality is total junk.

I have sent emails but of course nobody is responding. I put a negative review on the product page but of course they filter out everything negative. Shifty & shady, a company that can not be trusted. People like this give hardworking small business owners (like myself) a bad name, and they just easily live with themselves being dishonest.

I would give it zero stars if possible. I placed a simple order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I emailed twice but never responded to either one. Pitiful customer service.

Said they shipped the items. They didn't. USPS states it is waiting for the package. Had to get Paypal involved to get my money back. I should have came here first and looked at the reviews before ordering. Never again!

Ripped me off 30.90 - they take your money and never ship anything, just print out a label and say it shipped -
No live person, the company is a sham run by an LLC that is 3 or 4 scumbags who take your money

Do not buy anything from them. You will pay, but you will not get your order and they won’t give you your money back. They blame everyone and everything they can think of. Please do your research before you pay them anything.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order in late July, they stated it shipped on 7/26 though the tracking number has show now movement from a FL facility. After 3 attempts at contacting customer service they finally answered and blamed it on the shipper, telling me they are seeing 2-3 week delays. Here we are the first week of September and the package has not arrived and the shipping status is the same as on 7/26. They are a scam, do not buy from them!

I ordered many items july 21 it is now August 28 not recived tracking said label created no shipping info

Liars, robot responses, dishonest company. I ordered over $60 worth of merch on July 23 and still haven't received my order. I tracked it daily to only show "shipping label created". I emailed CS who stated I needed to wait 3 weeks to see if I receive my package as USPS often doesn't scan (I receive packages from FL to MI from USPS frequently and have never had a package not scanned, or take over 3 days to deliver). I contacted "Ana" again after 3 weeks and she asked me to confirm my delivery address so they could send a replacement. I told her I don't want a replacement, I want a refund. She stopped responding. So I replied to a spam email received and got the same, verbatim, word for word email from another CSR. I told her that I don't want a replacement, I was a full refund. It has been over 30 days now and I'm still getting a run around. The last company I had this issue with was a company who claimed their products were from the USA but they were found to be purchasing from China, shipping to USA, then to the consumer. With all the complaints RD is getting for the same issues, it makes me question the legitimacy of their company. I have reported them to BBB. Order at your own risk!

This place will tell you over and over that your items have been shipped but you never get them. Mine has been at the same place for over a month. They keep saying that it's a 3 or 4 week delay.

checked the status of the shipping label they sent, the order had not been sent out. I waited for a week and asked for a cancellation. The excuse is USPS does not scan. they later sent out the order after 10 days of placing the order. the request of cancellation was ignored. I was told if I want to return the order, I have to pay for the shipping. It is customers loss, not theirs, not matter what happens.

Ordered 2 items July 17th, when they did not arrive, I reached out to "customer service". I was sent a tracking number & was told USPS doesnt scan their packages, so I needed to wait at least 3 weeks for my products to arrive. 3 weeks to the day, I received an email from "customer service" saying my products had not been delivered & that i needed to verify my address and they would re-send the items, or i could get a refund. As soon as I requested a refund, they stopped communicating. Tried calling, only to get a voice recording saying "due to high call volumes, please email customer service". A month later, no products & no refund.

I placed an order for a flag and 2 weeks later still haven't received confirmation of shipping and can't seem to get ahold of anyone at the store. I'm starting to this company is a SCAM!

They never respond phone is just a recording amd refuse to honor shipment never received item although I paid for it amd they got money from bank via venmo

I give this company less than one star. Ordered a trump flag on July 22nd and 20 days later i still haven’t received my package! Absolutely poor customer service. No tracking and this list of unsatisfied customers is many! Do not deal with this company!

AFTER ALMOST ONE (1) MONTH, MY HUSBAND WALKED IN THE DOOR WITH MY ORDER TODAY.
YAY!!!

My merchandise was supposedly sent on 07/15/2024. The tracking status says "A label has been created" and has never changed since.

Upon review of the numerous complaints that have been filed against their organization, it seems that what is happening to me has happened to many others.  Their shady behavior and the excuses they have given me seem to be typical.  It is sad that organizations such as theirs take the money of hardworking patriots without delivering what we've paid for.

When they enrich themselves in this way, there's always going to be holes in their pockets.  They'll never get ahead.  There is ALWAYS a consequence for thieves!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order. Never received anything no tracking number no communication. But they definitely took my money. This company is ridiculous taking advantage of Trump supporters.

Have not received my order. When you call their 800 number you are greeted by a recorded message asking you to email them because volumes are high. You are unable to leave a voice mail. I have emailed their service multiple times and have not received a response. This company seems to be a scam hiding behind patriotism.

Ordered 2 flags. After a week, the website says the order is still processing. Customer service said the order was shipped. I emailed them a couple times since asking to verify the order was shipped. They wished for me to wait a full 3 weeks before either crediting me or shipping a replacement order. At 3 weeks, no merchandise and for some reason no one is answering my emails either. I reported them to my credit card company who immediately agreed to refund my purchase price. BEWARE of these guys.

Republican Dogs has a slick way of adding additional items to order and purchaser doesn’t realize until transaction is complete.

Unable to immediately contact and they didn’t respond until next day and said order had already shipped and nothing could be done.
