This company surpasses everything in quality and speed in customer care. I ordered the flag and garden flag and the screen said something went wrong and to try again. i did and subsequently saw that two orders had been ordered. I immediately emailed them and they immediately emailed back that the duplicate order was cancelled along with the refunds. This is the quickest, nicest, most understanding customer service which makes this company outstanding. The flag and the garden flag are beautiful and my friends golden doodle puppy loves the neck tie when he's not trying to eat it! I highly recommend other companies look at this company and model themselves after them. Thank you Republican Paws for your excellence in service and quality of products.

So I recently purchased 2. In 2 separate orders. I tried to retrieve my order within 1 min. I wanted to edit my original order from 1 to 2. I was not able to do this. I didn't contact CS at that moment simply because it was around 2 am EST.
Its all good.
The only issue I currently have is with size. I bought one for my friends dog, Penny. She is an American Fox Hound. The bandana easily fit around Penny's neck comfortably.
My dog Kerrie is a rescue. I never did DNA for her. She looks like a Yellow Lab. Her bandana doesn't fit around her neck. The only way it did basically was tight and not comfortable. Kerrie is my service dog. So I was able to have her wear it by tucking the ends in the middle of the Velcro Patch she wears on her Harness. She received several completes today at church.
I have pictures of both Dogs wearing the bandana. If you like I can send you pictures.
