TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY DISABILITY!!!
I haven’t received a single response to the 60$ I paid to have the Legalhelp.com service find an attorney for me. I’ve been destroyed because of what this Dr. did and purposely did not tell me nor try to rectify it. All of my health issues are due to the negligence of this “Dr. and practice”!!!! The gentleman sounded sincere. All I did was spend 60$ of the $ I don’t have to have no one contact me!!!! I am on disability and human beings ARE A TERRIBLE SPECIES!!!! Unbelievable.

While some firms (especially personal injury firms) offer their services on a contingent basis, depending on the type of case you have, the legal providers themselves could have a retainer or other fee they may require. Safeguard Traffic Safety
I’m seeking legal advice regarding my termination and possible retaliation related to workplace safety concerns.
I worked for Safe Guard Traffic Control as a Flagger from about June 2025.
On November 17, 2025 I was working at a traffic control sight where weather conditions became increasingly dangerous due to high winds.
I expressed my concerns that wind conditions were unsafe. Once the crew finished and were picking up cones. Called my supervisor and said that I give up and that I was leaving.
The employer later claimed that I “abandoned” my position and voluntarily quit by walking off the job site. The company also stated there were no unsafe conditions at that time. I dispute this characterization.
There is camera footage at all times in front of, and inside TCS vehicle. Company did not disclose this information.
I lost my employment and had been involved in an unemployment dispute. I couldn’t receive unemployment for 4 months, which wasn’t until February of 2026.
