Friendly, no-nonsense advice on redeveloping my property.
I came across Reseters at a homebuilding expo, and after a brief chat with one of their junior architects I then booked a free video call with Saleem to discuss my property, and what I hope to do with it.
In brief, I inherited a shell of a bungalow in south London and want to dramatically redevelop/rebuild it.
Saleem talked me through a structured initial discussion, which centred less on the property and more on the key factors of my aims, attitudes, situation etc.
It was very much a two-way discussion (I had done my homework and already had ideas and market data etc) and Saleem was both frank and sympathetic in exploring the options and the realities implicit in them.
Although I came well-prepared, and so not much of the discussion was truly new to me, Saleem's structuring of the considerations, and honest guidance on what I should truly expect if I pursued particular options (not the sugar-coated version others might give me if they want to get hired), was very helpful to me in guiding my next steps in my journey. I may, or may not proceed with hiring Reseters as an architect, but that is not because I have doubts in them, but that I have yet to decide whether/how to proceed at all.
I have no hesitation encouraging anybody to take Reseters up on their offer of a free initial consultation. It was well worth my time.
