Consultation waiting time for 1 hour and no information

Travelled from overseas to Sofia and had an appointment today with Dr Denkov (the son). Confirmed the consultation and was told to come at 4pm, 30mins earlier than scheduled. Waited for one hour. Was told he was in another consultation. The receptionist was kind and sent him a message after 30mins. No reply. Decided to leave. Unprofessional to leave a potential client for one hour with no information.

Honest, friendly and affordable

4 sessions of Emsculpt Neo with the friendly and knowledgeable Lauren. Emsculpt, Emface and Emsella are all this clinic does so they really know their stuff. No unrealistic promises and definitely the best prices in London. Would highly recommend Lauren and the clinic.

Amazing Results

I did 4 sessions with the EMSculpt Neo at Reshape Clinic and I have been so happy with the results. My Abs have never been this toned! Dr Farah was very accommodating and overall I love the aesthetic, location & prices of the clinic.
