The welcome box was a nice touch and the kitchen and bathroom supplies meant we were able to hit the ground running. Unfortunately, the boiler was not working when we moved in and took three days to fix. Whilst Resident.ly acted professionally and were supportive in fixing this issue, I felt that it was a slight oversight not to ensure something as pivotal as the boiler was fully functional. Overall, however, I would not only recommend Resident.ly, I would urge you to consider using them if you want a hassle-free move.

The reason this 4-stars instead of 5 is that I wish they were more proactive in maintaining the unit itself. They have accommodated our requests for repairs to the unit, however this would be a 5-star review if we didn't need to point out the unit flaws in the first place.
