On July 9th 2026 I started taking 1 every 12 hours vs 2 at once for safety reasons & I highly suggest anyone take this gelcap 1 every 12 hours vs 2 at once. My goal is for better blood circulation less constricted arteries or veins. The timeline they advertise was very accurate for me. By Day 7, I felt like I looked like a whole new person. By Day 14, my stomach was much flatter, and I wasn't craving sweets like I used to.
I enjoyed taking this product. I didn't experience heart flutters, nausea, or any unpleasant side effects. I have high blood pressure, and throughout my experience, my blood pressure stayed within my normal range.
One thing I really appreciated is that I didn't have any strong oregano smell on my breath or coming through my pores. My skin also looked healthier, and the dark circles under my eyes became much lighter.
I also noticed significant improvements in my digestive health and gut. I felt much less bloated, and my body felt cleaner overall. Before using this product, my stomach was so bloated that I looked several months pregnant. After completing the 14-day program, my stomach was noticeably flatter, and I felt much more confident.
I honestly wish I had taken before-and-after pictures because the difference was incredible.
Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking to support their gut health and reduce bloating. I plan to continue purchasing it, and now my daughter is excited to start her own 14-day journey. I can't wait to see how it works for her!

Iâve had an overall good experience
Iâve had an overall good experience. I did have the first week of feeling really bad with the die-off, but felt much better in subsequent weeks and I have more energy. I do think that it could be interacting with my thyroid medication as I gained a few pounds while using it. I had thyroid cancer and donât have a thyroid, so Iâm very sensitive to changes in medication that affect my hormones. Iâm going to take a break but will probably use it every 3 to 6 months to keep my gut healthy.
