Our ocean lamps are 100% handcrafted one by one by our artisans, with intricate resin & wood craftsmanship, which requires long production time. Recently, we have received a huge surge of orders, causing production backlogs and delayed shipments—this is the main reason your orders have not been dispatched yet.
We have already marked all your pending lamp orders (2 large lamps, Halloween style & Christmasy style, and your new large ocean lamp) on our highest priority production list after receiving your earlier inquiry. Our craft team is working overtime daily to finish and ship them as soon as possible. we will send you email to update your lamp processing status.
We deeply apologize for the delayed email replies due to overwhelming customer consultation volume recently. We will closely follow your orders and send you shipping notification & tracking number immediately once dispatched.
