Lauren Kaufman was truly amazing to work with. I would recommend her to any of my friends/colleagues. She helped me from start to finish on 2 separate contract/negotiations, one bonus-based, and one RVU based, and I am confident we got the best deal and fit for me. Further, she helped me better understand terminology and calculations that we never learn in our medical training. Highest recommendation.

Super helpful guidance from the resolve team and their skilled lawyers. I worked with Bryce Krieger and he did so much to help me going above and beyond the call of duty. He found so many helpful things during the contract review and negotiations that I would never consider signing any medical contract without his advice. I am grateful for the resolve team and Bryce’s help. I would recommend them to anyone in the medical field that plans on signing a contract.

Lauren did a great job of communicating and explaining the offer letter to me. She provided good suggestions, some of which the hiring manager agreed with. I ultimately got a higher salary and clarification on other items in the letter. I appreciated Lauren's availability, knowledge, and prompt responses. I would definitely utilize her services again for contract review!

I used Resolve coming out of residency to negotiate a contract for my first job. I got a referral from an attending at my training hospital for Lauren and man am I glad I did. Michael was incredibly quick with his response and connecting me with Lauren/setting up my account and Lauren couldn’t be easier to work with. The experience was so good that I had no qualms about returning to resolve a year later when I realized I needed to terminate my contract early. The process was smooth and again, Lauren was amazing. She’s knowledgable, approachable and accessible. I was especially anxious the second time around considering I felt I’d made the wrong choice the first and didn’t want to do it again, so I had a ton of questions. Lauren was always quick and thorough with her responses. She walked me through the termination process and then helped me negotiate terms of multiple new contracts. Anything I asked for she worked to get me with the new job. I truly hope I don’t need resolve again any time soon, but when/if it comes time to find another job again, I will absolutely be back.

I was extremely impressed with Lauren Kauffman and the process. Lauren replied promptly to any changes or edits to my contract with thorough responses and helped me understand what the changes meant. The ability to have her negotiate on my behalf was wonderful. I have used a local employment attorney and this was a completely different experience. While my previous attorney did a fine job, Lauren was stellar. I also appreciated that the service was a flat fee and even included a benefits review.
