I had an excellent experience working with Lauren. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and strategic in her approach. Worked with Lauren Kaufman, and she was great. I'm not a great negotiator but having her in my corner gave me a sense of confidence and peace as I knew I could ask her questions and strategize with her. This was my first-ever contract, and I had zero knowledge going in. From our first call, Zach asked open-ended questions, really listened to my goals, and gently shared his professional opinions instead of overwhelming me with legal terms. He returned a detailed redline within a day and even drafted an email for me to send to the recruiter.

When a mix-up happened — the recruiter uploaded the wrong contract and claimed it was “updated per attorney comments” — Zach stayed calm and proactive. He clarified he’d never been contacted, offered to call the recruiter himself, and quickly confirmed it was an honest mistake. He then reviewed the corrected version and ensured every major change was in place.

Zach’s combination of knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend — 5/5!

Zach was great! He was able to get me a 15k sign on bonus and added some security terms to the contract. He was quick to respond and helped me through the whole process.
