WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Really disappointed with this brand. Their communication is terrible, I emailed them over a week ago about the quality of the jacket I received and havenât heard a single reply. The jacket itself is extremely poor quality: paper-thin, no heating whatsoever, and barely any velcro to secure the wrists properly. For the price, this is unacceptable. The lack of customer service makes it even worse. Honestly, Iâll probably have to share a TikTok review with my followers about this experience because the quality and service are both shockingly bad.

Our jacket has a nylon lining, but was not advertised as being insulated with any type of padding - it is a shell designed for layering and weather protection. We understand if your expectations didnât match the product you received.
