We’re sorry to read your comment and wanted to provide some context. Our records show that you never completed any work through Resolve Recruitment Services. When you registered with us in December last year, we carried out our standard reference checks but were only able to validate around one week of confirmed employment. You were confident in using those references; however, we were unable to obtain any feedback to support longer-term experience.

As a business, we pride ourselves on providing dependable, fully verified staff to our clients, and thorough reference validation is an essential part of that process. While this may have changed since then, we could only act on the information available at the time.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve reviewed your record and can confirm that while you completed registration, no weekly availability was ever submitted. Our process relies on candidates regularly updating their availability — the simplest way being through our bespoke app, which allows updates on the go.

Each week, this branch alone receives availability from over 300 active candidates, and we prioritise work for those who’ve confirmed they’re ready to start. The relationship works both ways — without up-to-date availability, we simply don’t know when you’re free for work.

Hi Jane, We are sorry you didn't find the role you were looking for with us. Please rest assured we do not advertise any roles that we haven't been engaged to recruit by a client, so 100% there was a role available. Clients can pull roles due to change of circumstance which is unavoidable at times, but unfortunately not something we can influence.
Our current Model with our Care sector has been more centered towards placements rather than bank, so that is the reason you wouldn't have heard anything.
You can always talk to us about this as we would of hoped to answer the questions you had rather than answer them in response to a poor review.
