I recieved the wrong item i reviewed …
I recieved the wrong item i reviewed this company and then recieved an email from a guy named Joe stating that they apologize for shipping wrong item that they were short handed for the holiday. Ok i understand that. He went on saying that i will refunded the monies i paid and they will still send me what i ordered. Ok sounds great right! Well that was 3 weeks ago NO REDUND AND NO PRODUCT. But. FED EX Was at my house like 3 days after his email to pick up the wrong item sent to me? So not only am i out what i ordered im out the money i paid. Again i called 3 times and left several emails and haven't heard anything back.....
(((((BUYER BEWARE)))) CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS....
