The pieces were lovely. However, packing tape was applied directly to the furniture - leaving a big sticky mess which stripped off a very visible part of the finish. The response from the company was unprofessional and indifferent, showing no action to apologise or to remedy the damage caused.

Dresser exactly what we were looking for. The restoration is perfect. Delivery was on time, very courteous Delivery man. Couldn't have been better.

A lovely piece of furniture which arrived ahead of schedule and was very carefully packaged.

I think it needs much more quality control, and much more customer focused than what I have experienced currently doing. I also feel that they should be more open about the downsides as much as the upsides about their products in the beginning. This is from a distance customer experience.

Very helpful staff and Robert was great giving us ideas and guidance, and very flexible in helping us achieve the styles and size of furniture we needed. And the craftsmanship and quality of the furniture that we ordered was first class. It has transformed our Library in our house. We ordered for delivery to Switzerland which was made super easy by the team in the store and the delivery company that they work with. We are now immediately ordering more furniture....

I have now made three purchases from Betel, and each one was a special occasion. The furniture is just so beautiful. From ordering to the piece arriving, it's such a pleasure dealing with the company. Even the courier they use is brilliant. The latest, a mahogany music cabinet which I bought to house my art supplies & easel, arrived thoughtfully and carefully packaged. It is something I will treasure always, especially knowing that I have done my tiny little bit to support others in difficult circumstances and bring good karma into our home. From now on if we need furniture, it's Betel all the way - cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just taken delivery of a corner unit and its surpassed my expectations. Knew it was what I was searching for from the image on the web site, but the restoration has been done with care and attention to detail. Delivery was a breeze, keeping me informed and genuine care when handling on arrival. Even the van had everything carefully covered for protection in transit. And all that with the benefit of supporting charity that gives new life to old furniture. Delighted. Thanks!
