Great experience

Great experience. Their service works well. I’ve tried a few different methods and other companies for multi streaming and honestly Restream is by far the best and easiest to use. It works well, their chat all in one place is super useful and even their free tier works great. I recently upgraded to their 1st paid tier and I’m so far very happy with the additional features I have. There pricing was clear and I check and unsubscribing looks to be easy which is always good when a company makes that process transparent.

Overall I recommend restream

Many many streaming stucks

Many many streaming stucks, servers have many many streams and in high hours nothing works fine.
Its very expensive without web player in low cost plans.
I had working this service with ndi cameras for 3 years, today restream have many streamings accounts with many streaming problems.

I love it
i used to do my streams with OBS and Restream makes is simpler
I stream business plans on Youtube for Angel Start so i need to be able to invite guests and Restream makes it easy

Please keep restream professional - Have been streaming for years using…

Have been streaming for years using restream, for the first time they have added a pumpkin icon where our assets are - preloaded videos and images are, now I guessed where it was, but for those on the team who may not be able to discern it clearly - this was a problem, the platform had especial glitches today, freezing when the livestream was inadvertently ended and not reverting to the Orange/Red 'Go Live now', so we would know it had stopped streaming. Please keep the platform professional with consistent icons, it is not necessary to make the functional icons seasonal. We have seen the Christmas overlays last year, thank you. However some users like ourselves are using restream for corporate purposes in a team setting.

Works really well, but makes OBS bug?

Works really well, I use it to stream to both YT and Twtich. Only suboptimal experience is I've gotten some weird bugs after connecting it to my OBS software (such as the on-stream chat not updating, chat settings not working properly, etc.) I'm not sure how much of this is Restream and how much is OBS, or the fact that I work on a Linux instead of a Windows. All in all, I managed to get around the bugs pretty easily, and had a great time!

I used them everyday for more than one…

I used them everyday for more than one year and I know much about restream.io. It seems they have much traffic from the UK that it take for ever to let you sign in to the service. We stream from different countries including in europe and I noticed the login issue only from inside the UK. Platform always miss things up, Chat integration will not work. video will not start, user syncing issues. Logo appears to you but not in youtube and loads of other problems. Their customer service are quite fast and nice unless it's a core problem then that act like novice and do time wasting tactics so you'll give up before they admit the problem. They'll ask for endless number of reports and snaps just so tire you because they know about the issue and have no way to resolve it.

In general they are good but very unstable.

and for the PR who will reposnd to this asking me to speak to them for solutions, I already did and willing to have a chat to demostrate all issues I suffer from. Please don't respond with the same template. find my phone number from your platform and give me a ring.
