Removing add ons without any notification was real disappointing.
I was in middle of on appointments where I was also adding ass ons.

Excellent therapist
My recent visit and all my visits are excellent.
I always look forward in coming to my therapist Mikayla.
In all her work which I am exposed to, she is very hard working, thorough, professional, honest and always a pleasure to have as my therapist.
She makes my experience seamless and I am very pleased to have her as my therapist.
She displays qualities of a true leader and she should be a manager and area manager if not already.

I want to see this company thrive and for it to look after its resources [human staff, equipment, supplies etc].
Each human resource will be different ranging from staff's potential, reliability, energy levels, personal situation
(ie single, married, divorced, a couple, pregnant, single mum, single girl each going through their own issues as per their situation ). - I am sure the company accommodates for each staff's situation.
When you have the right tools for the job, the employee can work more efficiently, comfortably,
effectively, productively and with a very high level of job satisfaction.
This approach will give the right environment for the employees to work in; which will reflect
positively on them and their work and on the customer's/private client's experience.
What I have noticed in general is that the company is lacking looking after its assets (human and otherwise).
An example of this - is that I did notice that the hose on the machine was consistently falling off. I do feel for the staff as this would be both frustrating for her and the customer.
No matter the business, staff want to work in a work place that have the proper tools, supplies which will make their job easier and pleasant for the customer.
The company should give the shop a good renovation from fixing any damages, wear and tear and
giving the shop a fresh coat of paint.
Another good business practice is providing full length bed towels/coverings for the customer to lay on.
