Most trusted Personal Trainer

Tom Masnica has been working with my son, Max, for several years. Max has cerebral palsy and Tom has been the most thorough, understanding and forward thinking trainer we have ever worked with. He has a complete and total understanding of the functions of the human body and does extensive research to determine the best methods for obtaining optimal outcomes. He is a dedicated and caring trainer and has become the guiding force in my son's amazing progress and development.

I have been working with the Personal


I have been working with the Personal Trainer and Owner of Results Wellness Solutions Tom 3 days a week for over 18 months. He created a program based on my needs and the goals I wanted to achieve. As he helps me achieve and exceed my goals, Tom adjusts the program. What a difference he had made in my life. He brings the gym and equipment to me in the privacy of my home. Working with Tom is the best investment I have ever made in myself. He truly cares about his clients! He by far is the best trainer I have ever worked with
