Resume Wizard 101 is the service you want to use. Neil knows what he's doing, clearly enjoys what he's doing, and he's excellent at it. Since hiring his team, I've more than tripled the response rate to my applications. In a tough market like today's, you'll want to take advantage of every opportunity to improve your traction. This one is worth it. We started talking about rebuilding my resume – at length – in February. We worked through the first half of March to get it just right. It started out with a thorough questionnaire (take your time here, folks; this is important) and we had followup conversations over the next week or so. His writers worked closely and tirelessly with me until I was happy with the result. I probably gave more feedback over more rounds than they were expecting, but that was my own doing (see: don't rush the questionnaire). I tend to be really wary of these sorts of online services because of all the scams going around. However, this is the real deal and I am so glad I took the risk with ResumeWizard101.The team took my patchy outdated resume and turned it into a document of beauty and I am not just saying this. They picked out things from the questionnaire that accompanied the submission of my old and quite honestly yucky resume and they saw the potential of my talents and skills that I couldn’t even see. I do a lot of writing but I am in genuine awe of the talent it takes to polish and hone a resume for someone who they don’t even know. I am jumping into job seeking after the sudden loss of my husband and I am feeling vulnerable and daunted. Y the prospect of a career change. Neil and his team did a terrific job from start to finish. The intake was very detailed for good reason, my resume was custom tailored to fit my desired future position. The formatting and style of the resume was also very professional. On top of this tips were given on how to further customize the resume and cover letter for a specific job title. The LinkedIn profile makeover was also very good! Very happy with final products I received.

I wish I had connected with Resume Wizard Team earlier. They are asking the challenging questions by their online system to submit your resume and gather them in a perfect way! The result is amazing! I would highly recommend Neil.

ResumeWizard101 is the real deal. Their team is impressively responsive, they have proprietary Ai tools that set them ahead, and, coincidently, they were the first resume/job search firm to offer Reverse Recruiting. Other firms are actively copying ResumeWizard101’s offerings. More than likely, they are the market leader.

From the start, this was a great experience. I hadn’t updated my resume in over 20 years so I had a lot of anxiety about how I would capture all the relevant experiences over those 20 years. My initial assessment (I forgot who with) allowed me to bring all my experience into relevance for today’s job market. After which, I was able to put those ideas down on paper.
Being able to have multiple iterations to “get it right” added value to the experience. A bonus was the ability to have targeted resumes based on the job.
The resources are awesome (templates, seminars, examples). The LinkedIn resource is a great value because not many Resume services offers it. I am able to make my profile as competitive as the resume I am sending.
Finally the support is very responsive. I initially had an issue logging in, but I was able to send an email and Neil got me access immediately. Oh another BIG plus was the option to pay over time. I didn’t have the initial upfront payment, however my rep was able to walk me through the process for month payment. This means a lot in today’s economy.
