Retail Resource レビュー

This review is not based on the products but when you are billed $58.00 in freight for two small signs that way less than a pound that could have been put in the mail, makes doing business with you far, far too expensive to ever conduct business with you again.

Thanks for incredibly fast service and quality!

Quick delivery with good pricing and a quality product

Just ordered once. No problems. Shipping a little high

items never were delivered on time, no communication. Scheduled deliveries for times when business isn't even open.

Exactly what I needed... perfect sizes & delivery

Service was excellent product came when you guys stated it would, thank you.

Easy to order. Same day shipping. Quick delivery. Very happy!

super people and a big help to my business

Great customer service, fast response, fast delivery of order. Couldn't be happier!

I don't order from Retail Resource, but when I need something to enhance the gift shop, I look in the Retail Resource book first. And they've been very cooperative when I ordered the wrong thing and had to return it. They made it very easy. And they always ship promptly.

I would definite recommend them.

Everyone was very helpful and professional from the customer service representative to the person at the pick-up window. The product was as expected, so a very good experience.

easy to order on line and received my item VERY quickly!!!

Fair prices, good products. However, shipping costs seem to be higher than they should.

Retail Resource is now at the top of my favorites list when I need jewelry displays. I needed a way to hang all my longer necklace chains at gem and mineral shows, and the metal display stand I bought from Retail Resource is of high quality and was shipped very fast. I can't wait to use it this summer at all of the shows I attend as a jewelry artist vendor.
I recommend Retail Resource to all.

First time buyer from Retail Resource, BUT....definitely will not be my last. I simply cannot believe the quickness of the delivery. The online and over the phone help was excellent. Thank you to all.

Katie from customer service was very friendly and helpful. I also spoke with Donna, and she was equally helpful. So nice to work with folks who have a smile in their voice!

Terrific response to my request to return some of the wood plate stands that I didn't need! The representative was pleasant and extremely helpful by sending me an email with information about how to return the package. And I was doubly impressed that the shipping cost was included! (I thought I would have to pay.)
Clearly a great, customer-friendly organization!
