I ordered two FICA shirts for my nephew and incorrectly had a name and number printed on the shirts. This order was processed again and the staff was most helpful in getting it handled a/s/a/p. Customer service was outstanding

They have great support. I accidentaly choose the wrong size and they let me change it.

The Retro 1999 shop is legit! I got my stuff in about two weeks. The only problem is that they don't let you know if your package is on the way or any updates. When I ordered my soccer jersey,I never got any updates for about a week, but when I gave my review on this app they saw my message and sent me a message saying how my jersey was on the way

After waiting a month and a half, they told me they didn't have my address information. I gave it to them again, and two weeks later it still says the order is "awaiting information."Incredibly bad service

10/10 quality jerseys. Came on time as well, these guys are the goats

Item is perfect and as described, ordered a size up as the description says and it fits perfectly! Only 4 star because the delivery was a couple of days late!

I have ordered a jersey for this website on march 4 and it has not came yet now it have been about to be more then a week i hope it arrives

I recently placed an order for a 1999/00 AS Roma shirt and had a good experience. I placed the order on July 1st and after 7 days I asked for updates and they gave me a tracking code that didn't work, and after another 7 days they replied saying I had to use a Chinese courier. The shirt arrived on July 14th. Nothing to complain about the quality of the shirt. Customer service is a little slow.

I really like the jersey that I got from Retro. The material feels great, the designs look awesome, and the fit is super comfortable.
Definitely recommend ordering.

I’ve bought from retro1999 multiple times and I’ve gotta say I’m very satisfied with every jersey I wear them all the time and not only that they’re very helpful whenever you have any questions not a lot of companies do that really A1 customer service and products !

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and when I reached out to the company for assistance they were very quick to respond and resolved the issue very quick as well.
