Great service, personal communication about the items. Brilliant stuff. A+++

Speedy dispatch and a great thumbdrive which suits The Spectrum perfectly if you get the 3d printed enclosure too.
I’d downloaded already but it’s well worth having the games sorted alphabetically as it’d take hours to do it yourself.

Great service

Fast postage. skittles was a nice touch.
The software is readily available to download as i didn’t have access to a pc this is great for anyone that doesn’t have access to a pc. this was for a writing service to usb including usb stick. highly recommended.

The team at Retro32 are fantastic. Karl answered all my questions straight away, and shipped my order to Australia immediately.
Easy to deal with, responsive and friendly. Thanks to Karl and the team I’m back in the 80’s playing my favourite Spectrum games.
Highly recommend Retro32, and would definitely buy from them in the future.

Prompt delivery, at a fair price for great service. What more do you need?

Like some other reviewers, I had expected to have to replace my Feather & Black king size bed (£1000?) as many of the plastic end caps for the slats had broken and the rest had become very brittle. Instead I was able to buy 28 new end caps from Karl for £200 and with some help from my neighbours we were able to work out how to remove and replace them and how to fit the slats into them. This needed careful adjustments so as not to put too much pressure onto the new end caps but we succeeded and the bed is now fit for use for another 10 years!

Quick reliable service and the product was perfect. Very Happy.

Nice & easy to order online. Great service & fast delivery.
Product as described

Karl responded very quickly to our order and sent us some very helpful suggestions when we struggled to fit the slats in place. The new holders are more rigid than the originals. When we fitted the first few slats, the holders started to show signs of stress in the plastic. We contacted Karl and he replied quickly with two suggestions from other customers - loosen the bed frame if possible, and use a hairdryer to soften the plastic. In the end we only needed to loosen the bedframe as far as it would go, then once all the slats were in place we tightened it all up.

It was a pleasure to deal with you, highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic,10/10,so helpful would definitely buy again from.
