Charlene is an amazing therapist and wears so many hats! I first hired her in 2018 for marriage therapy with my husband who was very NOT into the idea for therapy, but thankfully VERY into making our marriage a healthy and happy one. We attended weekly therapy with her for about a year, and I continued therapy on my own with her for long after that.

Charlene has helped me immensely with various aspects of my life. From work stress, to relationships, to family, friend, and anxiety... she is truly talented in her ability to help her clients in a way that makes sense to them.

I truly believe that it is essential for everyone to see a therapist at some point in their lives.
