Excellent company, very good benefits

Working with Rev 1 was a highly professional experience.
The personnel they bring are some of the best in the industry. The Tracker system they have made the project a lot more manageable. The Rev 1 management group were very good to work with. It was an excellent experience.

Give employees confidence, treat all and each employee with dignity and respect , listen to the employees opinions and make employees feel comfortable and valued

Rev1 ensures the client has the right SME support and experience to support any project. Throughout the project, Rev1 stays in contact with the client to ensure their employee continues to perform and exceed client expectations. I highly recommend using Rev1 to support any needs for Commissioning/Startup in Oil/Gas, and Power Nuclear markets.

The way you set up my pay sucked. if I had not discussed and worked it out to get a bonus check to cover my loss I would have lost money. Also initially my pre diem was not being paid and I had to work that out

This has been a company I have been called by a couple times in the past and could not take the opportunity due to all ready employed and would have had to quit to work for Rev 1.

I have been with them now for right at 6 months and will continue to stay working for them as long as they can keep me working and not laid off between jobs.

They have been a great company to work for the people are great my managers are great and I feel they feel the same about me …

I truly enjoyed working for y'all. There was a hiccup with check but it was the only time. I may have gotten impatient only because I haven't traveled in a while and it was just rough and I let interfere with work life about the check. I only give 3 stars because Jason Powell told me I wasn't manager material and I would never move with company. Well, Jason doesn't know me and I've been doing this for 25 years. Throughout my contract working there he always one upped me, I don't know why but he always did "it" better than me. I didn't understand why he was being like that but ignored it and did my job. He made me aware that I wouldn't be able to grow with y'all as long as he was there. I am very energetic and ambitious and always wanting to learn. I'm 45 and been doing this for a while but I still always leave room for improvement on myself and always wanting to learn. I interact with customer very well and I feel he felt threatened by me. I don't want to sound like this glorified dude, I just didn't feel comfortable because I felt he was always in competition with me. Other than that I loved it, I wanted to continue with you guys but I can't because he won't give me a good review and I know he wouldn't want me to work with me again. We went to eat dinner my last day and the whole time we were all gathered around talking he would always one up me. Whatever I was talking about, he did better.
That's why I gave 3 stars.

I feel he made it a personal thing and my hand were tied behind back because he was the boss . The client liked me, I communicated very well with client and contractors. But Jason is t going to allow any body to better at something because he wants to be in control of it all.

Rev1 is a great company, y'all should really evaluate the character of some of your employees, things like this get out and people don't want to work for you.
I sure hope in the future we can reconnect from another division or branch and possibly build a relationship. I could bring work to Houston. I am good with customers and putting client first next safety and protection of the employees and equipment.

First of all REV1 was so highly respected by this Client and Owner when I arrived it was hard to give less than 110% all the time...
Choosing me was an honor on my part and proved to be an invaluable asset for the Construction Team and the Client...
From the Seamless Administrative side to the constant training modules and routine messages regarding Safety..Human Resourcess.. Policies to Payroll and Mobilization and demobe....Rev1 stands out above all the Agencies I've ever worked for..
Truly a pleasure to work with such professionals..

Leadership from the top down is incredible. From the CEO to Leads at the site level, they want to do what's right from a safety perspective and project delivery perspective. The personnel Rev1 provides are knowledgeable and professional.

Plenty of work opportunities, suited well to my needs & abilities. Excellent office support, never any hassles.

I have worked for Rev1 on several projects and always found Rev1 to be a trustworthy employer. It was good to see the "core group". But I did expect to see Andrew Rachel in the video.

My first time with Rev 1 and I can say from the onboarding and payroll it was great I would stay with them if possible.

I like seeing the owners and other leadership so involved with personnel. Everyone seems so genuine and very good at their craft.

I worked with them without any problem and I have no problem returning to work with them In case I don't have any commitments with another company.
