It’s a drop shipping thing. The same product on Aliexpress is for 3-4 euros.
Don’t buy anything from them.

Zeer slechte service. Had een aanbieding van 4 items gekocht, maar 1 ontvangen. Toen ik vervolgens contact zocht en of mijn geld terug wilde of de andere 3 items nageleverd wilde was dat volgens hen absoluut niet mogelijk en kon ik maximaal 10 procent van mijn aankoopbedrag terugkrijgen.

Received item but different branding and label. I think it’s a scam. They won’t give me a refund.

I purchased a hair growth product from Reverse based on their marketing claims, which promised visible results within a short period. Unfortunately, the product did not deliver any noticeable improvement, even after consistent use. Their advertising feels exaggerated and misleading.

To add to the frustration, I was charged an additional €2 on my bank account without any explanation. This extra fee was never mentioned during checkout, and I find it unacceptable to be charged without transparency.

Overall, I’m disappointed with both the product performance and the hidden costs. I expected better honesty and customer care. I won’t be buying from Reverse again unless they improve their practices.
