Took up an Endless Luxury Vacation offer via a FB add and was somewhat disappointed with what I ended up getting. It was for a 3 night Stay in a luxury hotel in Perth WA at a great price. After I signed up for the deal I had to pay up front before I got to know at which hotel I would be staying. After payment I was offered the choice of a couple of very average hotels. I took the better of the ones on offer The Ambassador and I can tell you there was nothing luxurious about it. It was located in the dead end of the city, very few evening eating options nearby,all the cafes closed at 3pm, parking was not included in the tariff and all in all it was quite disappointing. The Ambassador is a 3 star hotel and as such it was clean and functional but certainly not luxurious. I would advise people to be very wary of taking up offers from Endless Luxury Vacations.

I've just recieved this product and trust me when I say I've tried just about everything okay there. I mean immediately there was such a dramatic difference.. I've never been surprised by a product and am looking forward to see what the end of this jar delivers. Watch this space!!!

I always check trustpilot before buying online now, it has saved me money which is important

Bought a playsuit online. I collected it from the courier and tried it on straight away. It was too big. I emailed within 1 hour of receiving the product to ask if I could exchange for a smaller size. I checked online and they have the smaller size available. I offered to pay to send the item back and put a self-addressed package with it - So that I could pay for postage. I was told no - Because the item is on sale no refunds or exchange. The item was $246 reduced to $128.
Online when I bought the playsuit the refunds and exchange policy says in bold - Allowed within 30 days if item is still new with tags. However because it has underneath the price in red 'outlet sale' - I am suppose to know that means not refund or exchange!
I totally understand no refund - HOWEVER I am not asking for a refund - I'm simply asking to change to a size that fits me - It is always a risk when you buy online - and companies need to be open to that. I have emailed review 3 times and they will not budge. I called the DFO store in Bris bane where I know it came from. The shop attendant confirmed they have my size in stock. I explained the situation to the shop attendant -and she said no exchange as the item is heavily marked down. I said I did not understand this. They still get the sale - It costs them nothing to make the change. The shop attendant hung up on me!
Again - I understand if I was asking for a refund - I also understand it the size is not in stock. But I bought the item in good faith - The size I normally take is too big - I need a smaller size so I can wear the item and they are completely UNREASONABLE! I buy alot online - and have never experienced this.

Scam, bought multiple clothes, but received nothing, it has been over 3 months, don't buy from here!

We engaged Bellcourt as our property manager because we were impressed with Shaun Pratt in his professional sales manner, though as we were not ready to sell our home, we decided to rent it out. Wayne Helt, a director, personally vetted our tenant and after the 1st home open presented us with his recommendation of an applicant. By email he stated: “One application stands out and would be a strong application even amongst a greater number of applicants”. This recommended tenant was accepted by us, and she began her lease on 18th August 2023. The lease agreement stated she was the only tenant permitted to occupy the premises on an ongoing basis. After some time, we noticed between 4 and 6 cars parked at the premises late at night. We raised our concerns with Wayne, but he assured us all was well. We checked with three neighbours living close by and they all confirmed multiple men were staying there. Meanwhile, our daughter did a Court Data Australia search, and she found our tenant had 66 listings in the system related to drug related offences. Twice our rental’s neighbours informed us of police attendance, including an apparent arrest of a man. We requested her tenant ledger and application so we could see the application for ourselves to check if it was as good as Wayne had said. WOW!!! In her application she stated, “I have never been late paying rent”. The tenant ledger showed she was late often. The rent to income ratio was 44%. This is considered extreme rent stress. We decided to contact her referees. (Wayne didn’t contact any of her previous landlords). The most recent was exceptional, but as we discovered it was fake. The provided phone number and email address were fake. We did a property ownership search and found her previous landlord’s details. We called on them and got a horror story of her tenancy. We also contacted the landlord prior to them, and she revealed to us, this tenant had several police visits to her property, including sniffer dogs. As we pushed Wayne to breach her for various things, she pushed back with 3 court actions against us. Wayne sent us a copy of a summons she had sent him. This included the request for a document she thought would help her case, and to appear as her witness in the action against us. This summons was never filed with the court and we and Wayne checked with the court. They confirmed it was fake. Wayne still attended the court and gave the document to the tenant even after the magistrate informed Wayne he was not compelled to do anything. He could simply leave or stay, provide the document or not provide the document. He provided her with the document. We won the 3 court actions despite Wayne’s disloyal action. Wayne also accused us of trying to get him to withhold compelled evidence and subsequently quit as our agent. The evidence was not compelled, and he knew it. (A blessing, as we engaged Beaucott Property and were well looked after).
Avoid this agent if you want loyalty and the competent vetting of your tenant!

It's a good place n a beautiful place and I love it

Ordered a coat on their website
A day later the order was cancelled and refunded with no explanation as to why..
I tried numerous times to contact them with no response.
Saw that the coat that I had wanted was in stock online in a size up and placed another order.
Again
Next day it was cancelled with zero explanation
Yet when I look online it still says that there is stock of that coat in the sizes that I had ordered.
Again no answer on Facebook.. email..phone numbers don't work.

Waters Edge Apartments Cairns
on arrival there for 2 hrs apartment bedroom broken into while we were in the living area expensive clothes, shoes beats & car/ buisness keys taken. Later found out from police this is a regular occurrence in Cairns, by gangs...not only these apartments. We're a bit dissapointed we were not warned on arrival, but I suppose sticks in the windows should have been a red flag. That's the negative. POSITIVE great sized apartments, clean, beds were comfortable we had apartment no.1 walk out pool, was a bit noisy at times with kids overall ok although was to cold to swim in at this time if year. Was more open to break ins. I would not visit Cairns again.

Volumetomecabcom who advertise via Facebook and somehow use Temu as a way to get one interested. With Facebook allowing these people to use there site to advertise one tends to give more trust when buying. Facebook obviously don't vet these people and just take the $$$ for use of their site by these scammers, don't buy from them it is a scam cost me $89.00

After trying to purchase a product on line 6 times for a promotion, I wrote to review the next day and was told I was doing it wrong. I wrote back to say I followed the steps exactly and guess what , no reply at all. I’m still waiting for reply. Won’t be buying anything more , enough is enough . The customer service is nil . I’m going to purchase elsewhere as I’m so disappointed with the whole process.

I ordered a blouse from Review Australia and never got it. The tracking link I was given didn't work. I emailed the customer service three times and received no reply. They Scammed me! Be aware and do not buy from this Seller!!!

I made a purchase online and I was sent the wrong size of dress; ordered a size 12 dress, I was shocked when I opened the package and found a size 6!

I tried contacting the customer service via phone numbers listed but SURPRISED the numbers don't actually connect, they don't work. This is insane, I mean year 2022 and a company of this size still feels the need to list numbers not in use; quite appalling!

I sent them an email, no response either. My colleague had similar experience with them and had to pay for the cost of returning a wrong size of clothing sent to her as there are no review boutiques where we live, totally unacceptable
