ReviewBoost レビュー

Ordered the boost card over 2 weeks ago, emails on delivery tracking do not work they only show you a map of your area not actually where the item is in transit. I had sent emails and tried calling cannot get through.
Finally i received a response by email ( 11th of June ) the customer service member was sincere and apologetic the card did arrive in the mail that same day. I haven't tried the card out as i just received it. I would rate higher but ReviewBoost, give real time tracking and keep your customers informed. Look forward to using the card hope it is as good as it looks in the ads.

Things did not go as planned however they did work to resolve this issue

i placed my order on 12 june 2025.
order confirmed but to date no delivery.
i emailed twice with same answer.
delivery in progress.
i dont believe my order will be delivered.
Think i was scammed.

Customer service is a nightmare. They just ignore you.

I bought a card, registered and setup the review link. However, when scanned, it redirect to a 404 page.

I seek for assistance, but they just dont response, eventhough the Chat window shown that my message had been read.

My order came super quick! Which surprised me as my experience when buying from Insta shops isn't always great. Then when it arrived, my goodness it was so easy to set up and it looks great on my clinic side. Already I have people scanning and leaving positive reviews. Good investment

The ReviewBoost is clean and easy to use for tech-savvy customers. We still need to prompt most to scan it, and not all have Google accounts. Still a solid tool for collecting reviews! 4.5 stars!

Absolutely in love with our reviewboost plaques! So many comments on them and I love how versatile they are for me. I can pop them out on a table, frame them up for pop ups or just hold onto them when I’m out doing promo work. So good! Look smart and work great!

Our team were finding it difficult to secure Google reviews for our businesses. Then we discovered ReviewBoost - What a game changer..! It's now just so easy for our team to request a Google review from satisfied and happy customers, who are only too willing to share their experience when dealing with us.

This product looks great, very professional, unfortunately my customers don't want to scan!

First lot wouldn't load and were quickly replaced which I appreciated, buying the right size for display is important as the cards themselves are great for mobile businesses but definitely need the display stand for in store. Great product

I think these can help get reviews but I think the larger plaques will work better. I still find myself asking customers to leave us a review. I don't mind having these little cards around wherever customers can see them though. It certainly makes it a lot easier for the customer to leave a review. Google reviews definitely make a difference in getting more business to your website.

I ordered this 2 months ago and still have not received it.

The work really well! Especially for Google Reviews, as my review intake has increased 30% from day one of adding 3 stands in my place. Totally recommended! Rhodes Sea Lines from Greece!

Just got our ReviewBoost plaque and we’re seriously impressed. It looks great—clean, professional, and makes our reviews stand out in the best way. We've popped it up at the counter and customers are actually stopping to read it, which is exactly what we wanted.

Super easy process from start to finish, and it arrived quickly too. If you're proud of your reviews and want to show them off, this is a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

Great product and it’s increased my reviews by 10% in just over a month.
Good customer service.

Great tool to use for your business to gain more potential customers. The cards arrived within a couple of weeks & the setup instructions were easy to follow. For the price I would definitely recommend this product to any small or large business owner as positive reviews really do help your business grow! 5/5 stars thank you ReviewBoost.

Commander le 28/03, toujours pas livrer. J ai envoyé plusieurs mail et pas de réponse . si je n ai rien jeudi 24/04 j irais porté plainte

Product took a lot longer to arrive than stated. Once it arrived I could not link my Google business page to it because I don’t pay for my page through “My Google Business” asked to return it and they advised that I would have to pay postage to AUSTRALIA! In the original packaging but then would also have to pay a 10% fee to re package the item! Do not buy from this company. Absolutely useless customer service and absolutely useless product if you are a small business that can’t afford to pay monthly for a Google page!

First it took forever to arrive, then it was the wrong product and it is so confusing to set up I just give up. No instructions, this really is a very shabby operation and product and I would not recommend to anyone. Doesn't scan, Bluetooth doesn't read. I paid $68 for these plastic cards that do nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Just got it,seed 5 days postage turned up 12 days no updates, you can tracked from funny app looked like chinese don't now what is all about clearly comes from China and then passed to Yeodel....
You can't give review if you have no Google account another thing is you can scan code but it takes you to Google email and password and lots people don't even remember google password so they can't leave review ANOTHER GOMMIC WASTE OF TIME WILL APPLY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
