First time I've placed an order with Revl, and their response was nothing short of brilliant. Dispatched same day as order placed and delivered in extra quick time, despite problems with Parcelforce. Packaging was perfect which avoided any breakages which I have experienced with other suppliers. I'm that pleased that I'm about to place my second order and will definitely use all the time in the future if this service continues.

Easy to order good value quick delivery excellent service

Very easy to deal with, does exactly what it says on the tin. Well it was actually bottles of Miller, which were securely packaged, and contained a personal note, nice touch. As an added bonus I got my favourite tipple. Would certainly recommend and use again.

The website was informative and easy to navigate. Revl deal with your order promptly and efficiently.
We had an issue with delivery, it was not with Revl but with their delivery service (Parcelforce) I got in touch with Revl customer service and they resolved it extremely quickly.
As I write this review, I can find absolutely nothing to criticise Revl , it’s an excellently run company.

We have ordered from this company twice now , really well packed,quick delivery love the little notes inside. would definitely recommend just could do with them selling woodpecker cider !!! 😊

Absolutely love this company as this is the only company in the UK that delivers Miller Lager at a reasonable price. We used to use Amazon but then they put their prices up to extortionate rates so we had to go looking for anywhere that sold it and thank goodness for finding Revl as they saved the day and now we won't go anywhere else. Always with quick delivery and excellent Customer Service and we love the personal notes in the box. As he only drinks this lager and nothing else i have one very happy hubby

Hard to get miller beer in the last few years, finally found a great company to deliver. service and delivery was brilliant and arrived earlier than expected. packaging was exceptionally good and would 100% recommend to people in the future. Will definitely order again :)

After an unfortunate start I have nothing but praise for the professional way in which my problem was dealt with. Callum was polite and efficient and constantly kept me up to date. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

I placed my 1st order with Revel recently for a crate (24 cans) of Carling Premier lager. As they are sadly being discontinued, I wanted as late a best before date as possible, so I could use these at a Summer party in July. I emailed Revl beforehand and they confirmed their stock was dated 31st July 2024. I even sent a follow up email quoting my order reference and asking them to make sure my crate was dated as they had advised me. My order arrived with the crate dated 30th April 2024. I contacted Revl but they were unable to supply me a replacement crate with the correct date, and neither did they offer me any discount to keep the crate I had been sent. I have also had to arrange for Parcelforce to collect this. My only hope is I receive my full credit including Sat delivery charge once this has been returned. Very disappointing experience.

Fast delivery and well packaged but was very surprised to find the Aspalls Winter Warmer Bundle was not packaged as a bundle and with no instructions. I bought it as a gift and had to make up my own gift pack. Unfortunately my recipient had no idea what to do with the bundle and thought the teabags were scented bags for his car!! Please at least include instructions!!

My first order last year went badly wrong, but their customer service went beyond my expectations in sorting things out and gave me the confidence to order again.
I'm now on my fourth order and looking forward to many more.
Products are great, I especially like the home bar kits, packaging is solid, and dispatch and delivery are spot on. I'm more than happy to recommend.

This is my first time using this company and is by far the best one I have used upto now the customer service team is outstanding and delivery is very quick and product was just as good I would definitely recommend
