I contacted the company because the gold fades after 10 days and the quality is shit but they dont wanne respond anymore after i send the photos of the fading and the quality

I had such a great experience with this company and honestly couldn’t be happier with both the jewelry and the customer service.
The rings are absolutely beautiful and exactly how I expected them to look in real life: amazing quality and very elegant. Shipping to the Netherlands was also surprisingly fast, which made the whole experience even better.
Unfortunately, I did lose a small stone from one of my rings after some time, so I contacted customer service. I was genuinely impressed by how kind, understanding, and quick they were to respond. They immediately came with helpful solutions and handled everything in such a professional and caring way.
It’s rare to find a company that not only sells beautiful products, but also truly cares about their customers after purchase. I’m extremely satisfied with how everything was resolved and would definitely recommend them to others! ❤️
