Negative review!!!!! Don't buy!!!! Company didn't disclose the important terms to customers clearly!!!!!!!!!!!!! Misleading customers to try the free trials!! Disgusting ever!!!

Keep charging customers and horrible customer service on earth!!!!!

Horrible experience ever!!!!!!!'
This company is cheating on customers!!!! Don't trust what it is posted for free trials!!! This company is cheating on customers by offering free trials but without highlighting to the customers that they charge you after short period of time if you don't response!!! And they will keep charging your credit card!!!

Customer service representative is also not professional + rude + impatient!!

Don't buy!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will regret!!!! Such a horrible experience!!!!!!!

I paragraf 9-10 står der oplysninger om at en prøvepakke skal betales med fuld pris på 150 EUR

Under "terms and conditions" you accept that the products are only for a 14 day trial period. Therefore if you don't write to them that you doesn't want to pay full prize for the products (149,95 EURO), you have to give notice within 14 days.
DO NOTICE that the 14 days are AFTER you recieve the products, and since I could document when I recieved the products, I had my money returned.

Min oplevelse var, at jeg købte to produkter "gratis" hvor kun fragten skulle betales.
Når man accepterer "terms and conditions" giver man firmaet lov til, at produkterne kun er tiltænkt en såkaldt "trial period", som er på 14 dage. Altså skal man have meddelt inden 14 dage hvis man ikke ønsker produkterne, og dermed ikke vil betale de 149,95 EURO pr. produkt.
Der blev derfor trukket 1.132 kr. * 2 på mit kort.

DOG vil jeg sige, at jeg læste deres "terms and conditions" og i punkt 9 og 13 står der, at denne meddelelse om, at man ikke ønsker produkterne, skal være inden 14 dage EFTER produkterne er modtaget, og eftersom jeg kunne dokumentere min modtagelsesdato, havde jeg ret til at få pengene tilbage.
Jeg har skrevet frem og tilbage med firmaet og fik refunderet alle pengene efter meget arbejde.
