Revyfy is salon software built in the UK for the people who run hair and beauty businesses: hair salons, barbershops, nail and brow studios, aesthetic clinics, and spa and massage practices. It brings the whole business into one system: online booking through your own branded page, a diary that handles walk-ins and online appointments together, point of sale with gift cards and stock, client records with notes and digital consent forms, automatic SMS and email reminders that cut no-shows, and built-in email and SMS marketing. The pricing is deliberately simple: one flat monthly fee, unlimited staff, and zero commission on bookings. Your clients are yours. There is no marketplace sitting between you and them, no fee when a new client books, and no extra charge when you grow your team. Revyfy also includes Revy, a built-in AI assistant that answers questions about your revenue, bookings and staff performance in plain English, so you get answers without building reports. Most of our salons join us from another system. Our team moves your data for you during the 14-day free trial, so you start with a full diary and client history rather than a blank slate. No card is needed to try it, and there is no contract: you can leave whenever you like.

Revyfy is an essential part of our customer focussed business. We are a niche business who supply hairdressers and barbers.
Knowing our clients details and having David and his team on hand if we need is why we recommend this CRM.
Very good system for us for logging and tracking our clients and if there have been any issues, they have been dealt with straight away .

I’ve used a few different systems in my 16 years of hairdressing and this is by far the best. It’s so easy to use and provides me with every statistic, future forecast, client information I could possibly need to run my business smoothly and efficiently. I’ve really felt the benefit of having an online booking system and it has definitely increased my revenue this year. David has been exceptional at explaining anything I’ve needed or not understood fully and made everything so simple and easy to use. I would really recommend to other salon owners!

We tried a few different salon software systems before Revyfy, but none of them really had everything we needed. There was always something missing or another manual task we still had to deal with.
Since moving over to Revyfy, everything just works. Our bookings are automated, no shows are followed up, reschedules happen without us chasing clients, and our client management is so much more organised. It has taken so much of the day to day admin off our hands.
One of the biggest surprises was finally having a clear picture of the business. We can actually see our numbers, understand what's working, and know exactly where we can improve. I honestly didn't realise how little visibility we had before.
Because we're spending less time on admin, we can focus on what really matters, looking after our clients and giving them the best experience possible. That alone has helped us grow the business.
If you're a salon owner looking for software that genuinely makes running your business easier, I can't recommend Revyfy enough. It's been a game changer for us.

Absolutely fantastic salon software! The system is easy to use, professional and has made running the salon so much easier.
What really stands out is the excellent customer care. Whenever I’ve needed help, the team have been friendly, helpful and quick to respond — you actually speak to people who genuinely want to help.
The pricing is also a huge plus. It’s affordable, straightforward and transparent, with no hidden fees or nasty surprises. You know exactly what you’re paying for.
