Works much of the time but sometimes there text is too technical and when it humanizes, it doesn't make particular sense. I would say it gets me a decent response but far from perfect.

Sometimes the humanization works well; sometimes seems awful. Why did that happen? Beside, I will be charged nearly double if I want to continue the annual subscription service.

Worst humanizer. Waist of money
I first purchased simple plan, thinking it'll work and humanize my content but it didn't and then i signup their unlimited plan but still it's just messing and generating shittiest content that can never be accepted. Totally worse and waist of my money.

Very awful app and the Services from the Support team is also the worst. They don’t reply the email. There is no contact number to call them as well.

This company operates in a completely fraudulent manner: subscriptions are created without transparent confirmation, no email confirmation is sent, and charges appear under a hidden or misleading name. Customers are clearly being misled so they cannot trace their payments. This is a clear case for buyer protection and possibly for the consumer protection authorities

Average performance
I would like the company to improve on their humanizing platform from AI content to 100% human written. Sometimes even after humanizing the words is still has some AI content in it when checking on other AI detectors.

Todavía existen problemas para una humanización adecuada del texto. Aunque parece haber avance en la habilidad en la plataforma para humanizar texto, se presentan frecuentemente situaciones de mala redacción, o humanización inclimpleta que es detectada fácilmente por killbot. Espero que elcontiuo entrenamiento de los algoritmos logre optimizar los resultados

To cancel subscription
To cancel subscription, you have to email them which is suspicious. I have emailed them 3 times but no response. They will still probably continue to charge me even though I am not using their service anymore and I can't seem to delete my account.

You can try to send us an email with an unreachable email address. You can also cancel the subscription yourself in the billing interface.

Regarding cancellation of subscription, you can cancel it yourself in the billing interface of your account or send an email to our customer service to help you cancel.
Regarding account deletion, it is to protect customer accounts from being deleted by mistake. You need to contact our customer service to help you delete it.
