Our CRP test is designed to flag active or clinically significant inflammation, rather than to track small changes in CRP over time. It uses a threshold which aligns with how CRP is often used in primary care to indicate acute inflammation or infection that may need follow-up.

It sounds like you were looking for a high-sensitivity CRP test to monitor lower-level inflammation linked to lifestyle or dietary changes. That is a different use case, and you are right that our test is not intended for that purpose.

I'm really sorry our delivery time didn't meet your expectations, and I genuinely empathise with your frustration.

Although we shipped your order within an hour of purchase, it still took the full 3 working days to reach you. While this delay was incurred during delivery, we still take responsibility for your experience.

Given the nature of our business, we appreciate that our customers' orders are often urgent, and that delays can cause stress and anxiety. That's why we're always striving to improve delivery times, including reviewing our choice of delivery partner.
