I joined RGA 2 months ago with a particular difficult tenant in one of my properties with months of partial rent payments, after trying and failing with multiple agents RGA finally answered my prayers and managed a successful eviction. Throughout the whole process, RGA remained in constant communication with exemplary customer service and have since trusted them with all of my tenanted properties.
We live outside of the UK and have had RGA sourcing and managing our properties for the last four years. Best agents we have ever had, at the end of the phone 24/7 and feel like family to us.
I’ve been a tenant with RGA for six months now. They’ve been the best agent I’ve dealt with in years. I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for a repair, and never more than an hour for a response from their WhatsApp.
Would definitely recommend as a tenant.

The service and professionalism I get from them is amazing. Proactive with my tenants and get things sorted when issues arise. Would recommend them and you would be foolish to use anyone else other than RGA.
